- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 59-year-old white male with renal artery pseudoaneurysm after blunt trauma to the torso. The patient reported to have sustained a ground level fall during which time his upper abdomen struck a log. He then sought medical attention because of significant abdominal pain accompanied by hematuria. He was discharged on post injury day after his responding urologist placed a Foley catheter and irrigated the bladder until the return of clear fluid.
