The article focuses on the Dover Ban policy and its constitutionality. It discusses a brief historical overview of the evolution of the Dover Ban policy from the Dover Air Force Base or Dover AFB in Dover, Delaware and press access to war casualties. Other topics discussed include legal background of press access to government institutions and court case JB Pictures v. Dept. of Defense of the U.S district court which challenged the policy.
