- Abstract
All people living under rapidly changing conditions continuously face with uncertainties and changes. Being the individuals in interaction, who have different characteristics, carry with conflicts between individuals. Effective management of conflicts requires possessing several emotional skills. The aim of this study in which emotional intelligence and conflict management strategies are discussed, is to determine and analyze the relationships between the individuals' dimensions of emotional intelligence and the conflict management strategies they use. In this direction firstly in the study the emotional intelligence and conflict management are discussed and in the implementation section information about the considered sample is given, the methodology and hypothesis of the study are stated and the analysis oriented to test those hypothesis are performed.
