- Abstract
Identifying a model is an important issue, especially when discussing models containing multiple equations. Taking into account the known data, namely the observed values of endogene and exogene variables in the model, we try to determine the real structure of the model. If the methods used do not lead to an unique solution but to two or more, then we are presented to the following situations: either the structures are distinct and could not be differentiated (structures are not identificable thus the model is not identificable) or structures are not distinct, their intersection is not void and the structures will allow identification of some parametres of the model. The paper looks into the issue of identifying an economteric model of the vegetables market.
