- Abstract
The article discusses the efficacy of radiofrequency ablation if left ventricular summit (LVS) arrhythmias from within the coronary venous system (CVS). Topics include the success of LVS in patients without late gadolinium enhancement, the higher power delivery and longer lesion duration of catheter ablation from the adjacent structures and the challenges in LVS mapping/ablation.
