For the collection of information, the Maslach Burnout Inventory and the Organizational Climate Questionnaire of the Ministry of Health of Peru were used, and all the information was analyzed through the SPSS 29. Results. According to the Spearman Coefficient, the value of significance P= 0.048, which indicates a significant correlation between Burnout Syndrome and the organizational climate, which allows us to infer that the hospital nurses were affected by this pathology at a "high level" 56,00% (28 /50), with an Organizational Climate "to improve" and the remaining 44,00% (22/50) were affected by the aforementioned syndrome at a medium level during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, regarding the result of the dimension “Emotional Exhaustion of Burnout Syndrome” associated with the “Structure and Innovation of Organizational Climate”, a Spearman significance value P= 0.01 and 0.002 respectively was obtained, information that allowed show that 69,00% (29/50) of the nursing staff have been strongly affected by Emotional Exhaustion at a high level and 31,00% (13/50) resulted in a level due to improvement in the structure of the Organizational Climate. Conclusions: This study gives us an important precedent for improving and correcting models in current hospital management, thus allowing us to focus on strengthening processes to prevent the excessive physical and emotional wear and tear to which staff were exposed during the pandemic Covid-19, Also it allows to know about the terrible consequences in mental health, therefore, this study is of great relevance for research and provides viable solutions related to Burnout syndrome
