The toy library is a place that supports and develops children in every way, prepares children for pre-school education by providing suitable play environments and necessary materials, paving the way for children's development and change, guiding families and children. This research was conducted to determine the views of parents of preschool age children using the toy library on the game, toy and toy library. Alipaşa and Bergama Toy Libraries were identified as samples. A questionnaire was applied to 151 parents using these toy libraries and each was asked about their views on the toy library. Frequency, percentage and cross table calculations were made in the analysis process. According to the results obtained children often come to the library; the usage of the library does not depend on the sex of the children or the education level of the participants; the majority of participants find the game and game materials in the toy library useful and participants encourage their children to use the toy library. Also all participants agree that the number of toy libraries should increase. Suggestions are presented according to the findings.
