- Abstract
The article discusses highlights of a panel discussion on election gamesmanship in the U.S., held during the October 2022 University of Toledo Law Review Symposium in Toledo, Ohio. Topics explored include the acknowledgment of games played by political parties and media during elections such as misinformation, gerrymandering, and voter suppression, the voter data being required by the National Voter Registration Act, and the need to protect legal choices against the threat of voter fraud.
