- Abstract
Oil mixing phenomenon is an unavoidable problem in batch transportation of multi-product pipelines. The causes of mixed oil, the control methods of mixed oil development, the detection methods, the calculation models of mixed oil and the quality management of product oil during the batch transportation were reviewed. The development status and existing achievements in each direction were summarized, and on this basis, the future development trend was analyzed. The analysis indicates that, it is necessary to establish the mathematical characterization of mixed oils in special scenes. The next step is to further develop the mixed oil simulation software that can interact with the SCADA system in real time, create the mechanism-data fusion model and the " soft and hard" collaborative detection equipment, design new isolation materials that can effectively reduce the mixed oils along the way, carry out the " pipeline-storage tank" integrated intelligent management of oil quality, and pay attention to the batch transportation process of methanol, liquid ammonia and product oil, as well as the liquid mixing and treatment.
