One Million Dollar Reward Offered for Nailing Bomber.
- Abstract
The article reveals a 1 million U.S.-dollar reward offered by the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in the case of the Unabomber, a man responsible for the death of several persons through mail bombs since 1978. It describes how the FBI traced the death of a New Jersey advertising executive to the man after a copy of his handwriting found on the scene was scrutinized by the FBI through an electrostatic detection apparatus (ESDA). It adds that a forensic profile based on the handwriting was made by the American Board of Forensic Examiners (ABFE).
