- Abstract
The article discusses the life and work of Antonin Scalia, associate justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, with his legal legacy to others. Topics discussed include his approach on the government role regarding the acts of a criminal defendant, his decision in the case McIntyre v. Ohio Elections Commission regarding First Amendment protections regarding anonymous speech and he was able to retain degree of humility regarding his ability.
