- Abstract
The article discusses the doctrinal feedback issues involve in the expansion of intellectual property law in the U.S. According to the author, regardless of differing views on the propriety of expanded intellectual property rights, solutions are difficult to establish because instead of creating cure it creates more problems. Meanwhile, the author advocates on the promotion of awareness regarding distortion of informational content resulting from risk aversion and other pro-licensing factors.
