The article explore in detail whether a breakup of the "Big Tech" companies is feasible given the unique nature of the technology business and antitrust history with the divestment of Bell from AT&T. It mentions application of structural remedies in U.S. antitrust history as well as the abundance of support for these remedies when discussing market competition. It also mentions antitrust violations alleged in the technology industry and alternative remedies that could be used instead.
