The article deals with the application of the City and County of Swansea to the Crown Court of Wales to revoke the order which named a social worker as the supervising officer of an individual who had been charged with numerous historical sexual offences against a child family member. Topics covered include judicial review of the imposition of the order, and criteria for making a supervision order in respect of an unfit defendant.
