AN INTERVIEW WITH ANDREAS ESHETE.
- Authors

- Abstract
An interview with United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) president Andreas Eshete is presented. When asked what led him to study philosophy, Eshete explains that during his days in college he found the social sciences dismal and the only subject that spoke to him in a disciplinary and academic way was philosophy. Eshete also notes that his estimation on the neglect of fraternity in the social justice triad of liberty, equality and fraternity is based on historical facts as in the case of slavery in U.S. history.
