- Abstract
With the reference of Feng Bolin’ s Teacher ’ s Job Satisfaction Scale and the self-compiled Teacher’s Turnover Intention Scale, Using the cluster stratified sampling method, 1030 hoarding school teachers and 715 non-hoarding school teachers in Lhasa, Shannan, Shigatse, Nyingchi, Nagqu,Qamdo and Ngari in Tihet have heen investigated in order to assess the status of teachers’ joh satisfaction, turnover intention and their relation in hoarding schools in the farming and pastoral areas of Tihet, find out the influencing factors, and explore the countermeasures. The results show that the joh satisfaction of hoarding school teachers is significantly lower than that of non-hoarding school teachers, and the turnover intention of hoarding school teachers is significantly higher than that of non-hoarding school teachers, and that the correlation hetween teachers ’ joh satisfaction and turnover intention in hoarding schools is significantly negative, and teacher ’ s joh satisfaction has a strong negative predictive effect on turnover intention. It is recommended to supplement teachers for hoarding schools in time, reduce their work intensity, and make efforts to attract teachers to work in the farming and pastoral areas
