- Abstract
The article focuses on the present status of propaganda in the international law in the U.S. It mentions that aggressive war is considered as an international crime, before the establishment of the United Nations Charter. It offers information on the formulation of Draft Code of Offences, against the peace and security of mankind in the year 1952. It offers information on the illegality of warmongering propaganda which is the part of illegality of subversive propaganda. It presents information on the penalties for slander, libel and insult mentioned in the Russian Criminal Code.
