- Abstract
The article discusses the study on the participation of private sector and regulation of water supply system in Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Morocco and Tunisia. It reviews the 22 empirical tests and 48 case studies of the involvement of some private sectors on water services and the differences of the countries' water infrastructure with the context of water crisis. It presented the analysis of the study and its proposed scorecard tolls for the assessment of the private sector involvement in the water supply regulation. Likewise, the findings and the conclusion of the study has also been offered.
