- Abstract
Post-operative computed tomography angiography demonstrated a patent carotid-carotid-subclavian bypass and exclusion of the aneurysm. A 59-year-old male presented with a 7-cm descending thoracic aneurysm on a background of type B dissection (medically managed 2 years prior) with subsequent end-stage renal failure requiring creation of a left radiocephalic arteriovenous fistula (AVF). His aortic disease extended to include the origin of the left subclavian artery, necessitating a carotid-carotid-subclavian bypass to debranch his supra-aortic trunks, and allow for an appropriate seal for thoracic endovascular aneurysm repair (TEVAR).
