- Authors
Babazadeh, Sina; Robinson, Kerian G.; Armstrong, Michael S.
- Abstract
The article presents the findings of a study on the prevalence of monkey bar and play equipment-related injuries in suburban Australia. The study showed that these injuries represented a preventable cause of paediatric fractures and are more likely to require major surgery. The authors also emphasize the importance of educating parents and schools on the dangers of attempting to skip a rung.
