The article focuses on decision of the U.S. Supreme Court on the case Ohio v. Roberts interpreting the Confrontation Clause for witnesses. Topics discussed include the laws regulating the importance of expert and scientific evidences, judicial opinion of the Supreme Court on case Crawford v. Washington, and the laws for admissibility of evidences. It further discusses the importance of cross-examination of evidences.
