- Abstract
In order to study the long-distance transport of the mRNA of the BcSVP gene of cabbage, this study grafted the stem tip of cabbage as a scion to the inflorescence axis of the rootstock cabbage to construct a cabbage/ cabbage heterologous graft. Based on cabbage and head The read library of transcriptome sequencing of cabbage was spliced to obtain the coding sequence and 3'UTR sequence of BcSVP of cabbage and cabbage BoSVP. Using the interspecies difference sequence (CF and CR) of BcSVP in 3'UTR of cabbage, respectively In the transcriptome sequencing read library T01 and T02 of the transcriptome sequencing read library of heterologous grafted (cabbage/brassica oleracea) shoot tips, two and one read from the BcSVP of the rootstock cabbage were screened. BoSVP's interspecies difference sequence (GF and GR) in 3'UTR, calculated the transcript expression level of endogenous BoSVP gene in head cabbage, showing the BoS-VP gene in the stem tip of heterologous grafted and homologous grafted scion headed cabbage The expression level is not significantly different. This study identified the long-distance transport of the mRNA of the Chinese cabbage BcSVP gene in the heterologous graft, and laid the foundation for further research on the long-distance transport mechanism of the mRNA of the Chinese cabbage BcSVP gene and its biological function.
