- Abstract
The article focuses on the logic of the corporate religious liberty as a corporations' extensive power under the Free Exercise Clause and the U.S. Religious Freedom Restoration Act. It mentions the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in the case Burwell v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. related to the religious exemptions. It also mentions that attempts to equate for-profit corporations and the harmful effects of the corporate religious liberty with concerns related to religious accommodations.
