NIGERIA: Oil Supply Threatened.
Abstract
The article reports that the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta has released the last three of nine foreign oil workers who were taken hostage in Nigeria. During the release of the remaining hostages, the militants demand a larger share for the government's oil resources. Moreover, the group threatened the government to cut another one million barrels or 26 percent of the country's production.
