- Abstract
The article discusses the concept of retail free riding as of March 2013, focusing on an analysis of the wallpaper industry and the potential impacts of free riding on industry output in the wake of changes in the preferences of consumers. A 1990 litigation matter involving 10 wallpaper dealers and manufacturer F. Schumacher & Co. is addressed, along with Section 1 of the U.S. Sherman Antitrust Act, an alleged conspiracy, and the National Decorating Products Association Inc. group.
