- Abstract
The article presents the 35th report of the British Ornithologists' Union (BOU) on various developments related to ornithology covering from October 2006 to April 2007 in Great Britain. This discloses an overview on several research about birds including the reassessment of subsequent records about Spotted Sandpiper, the breeding of Long-billed Murrelet and Yellow Wagtail. On the other hand, information on the inaugural meeting of the Category F Sub-committee (CFSC) held at The Natural History Museum in the country on January 18, 2007 is presented. Furthermore, a review on the English names of birds used by the BOU by the International Ornithological Congress (IOC) is revealed.
