- Abstract
The article titled "From Landscape to Body: The Patrimonialization of Costa da Morte from a Feminist Anthropology Perspective" is a bibliographic review of Guadalupe Jiménez-Esquinas' work, which analyzes the transformation of women's practices and subjectivity in the processes of patrimonialization in Costa da Morte. The book examines the creation of Costa da Morte as a landscape and the development of the lace-making tradition of Camariñas as an artisanal heritage from a feminist perspective. The methodological aspects of ethnographic research are highlighted, and topics such as colonialism, the female body, and the history of lace are addressed. The book proposes to "de-patriarchalize" heritage and emphasizes the importance of invisible care.
