It is interventional study, with longitudinal and quantitative approach, performed in the city of Gouveia, located in the central-southern Jequitinhonha Valley, Minas Gerais, Brazil. It was found that the study participants know various aspects of dengue fever, parasites, STD / HIV / AIDS, as well as on the effects of alcohol and tobacco. Also, radio played an important role in learning related to grievances addressed, significantly expanding the percentage of correct questions posed.
