- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 26-year-old woman with chalcosis experiencing mild blurred vision in the left eye, aiming to differentiate the suspected intraocular foreign body (IOFB) and Wilson's disease (WD). Topics discussed include the examination which revealed the presence of sunflower cataract and faint Kayser-Fleischer (K-F) ring, the suggestion for the patient to undergo pars plana vitrectomy (PPVT) and lensectomy, and the occurrence of sunflower cataract in WD and IOFB.
