The article focuses on chronic neutrophilic leukemia (CNL), a rare myeloproliferative neoplasm characterized by sustained mature neutrophilia. It describes the diagnostic criteria for CNL, and clinical manifestations, and the significance of the granulocyte colony stimulating factor receptor (CSF3R) mutations in confirming the diagnosis.
