The article proposes an entirely new scheme to combat the injustice of the current system used to calculate lost future earning damages. Topics discussed include need of courts to award a flat amount of lost future earning damages to every child, foregoing the use of the child's race, gender, or socioeconomic status; and information of lost future earning capacity damages.
