- Abstract
The article discusses several aspects of constructive discharge (CD) claims involving the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) , and it mentions sexual harassment in employment claims, Title VII of the U.S. Civil Rights Act of 1964, and situations where an employee's resignation can turn into an involuntary discharge. U.S. statutes of limitation and time-barred legal claims are examined, along with the CD-related U.S. Supreme Court case Green v. Donahoe.
