- Abstract
The article discusses the Suture "Pull-Through" technique for autograft placement during tegmen repair of patients. It mentions that the surgical approach depends on the size and location of a tegmen defect and adds that solitary lateral lesions such as transmastoid or a middle cranial fossa may provide visualization for repair. It also adds combined transmastoid-subtemporal middle cranial fossa approach for cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) fistula and encephalocele repair.
