- Abstract
The article examines the constitutionality of lengthy term-of-years sentences or life-without-parole sentences for juvenile non-homicide offender with relevance to the judicial decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in the case of Graham v. Florida. It discusses various Supreme Court cases related to the same including Eddings v. Oklahoma, J.D.B. v. North Carolina, and Thompson v. Oklahoma regarding juvenile sentencing.
