- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 45-year-old female presenting with Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia (PJP) characterized by bilateral multifocal cavitations and a mass in the right lower lobe, challenging conventional imaging findings of PJP, with the patient being immunocompromised and eventually experiencing a fatal road traffic accident.
