A case study is presented of a 9-year-old patient presented with cold agglutinin-induced acrocyanosis with cutaneous necrosis after Mycoplasma infection. Use of laser doppler flowmetry and laser speckle contrast imaging for measuring tissue blood perfusion; immunoserological investigations revealed increased anti-nucleosoma antibody; and chest x-ray showed pneumonia in the right lobe.
