- Abstract
The article presents a comparative study on the efficacy and safety of birth control pills and Fertility Awareness Based Methods (FABMs), and it mentions behavioral methods of family planning, as well as the claim that over 100 million women around the world use Oral Contraceptives (OCPs) as of 2016. Unintended pregnancies and the side-effects of birth control pills are examined, along with the results of the 1995 and 2002 National Surveys of Family Growth.
