- Abstract
The article focuses on a study which examines the RNA binding mode of the protein ribonuclease P found in the hyperthermophilic archaeon Pyrococcus horikoshii. It mentions that a pair of complementary fluorescence labeled oligoribonucleotides is used to examine the interaction between the RNA and the protein. The result reveals that proteins assist RNA in attaining a functionally active conformation.
