- Abstract
In order to prevent the cracking of large volume marine concrete, which result in water seepage deterioration of the structure, the double-control technology (temperature field and expansion history control) with anti-cracking agent is used instead of the cooling water pipe to control large volume concrete crack. The mixing ratio is low cement dosage, high content mineral admixture and 8% anti-cracking agent. The anti-cracking agent has the effect of reducing the early hydration heat release rate, the expansion storage pre-compression stress during the temperature rise phase and the compensation for shrinkage deformation during the temperature reduction. At the same time, the work performance, mechanical properties and durability of the concrete are excellent. After the calculation and analysis of cracking risk through finite element simulation, when the length of the anti-cracking concrete is poured within 20 m, the cracking risk value is less than 0.7, and the concrete will not crack, meet design and construction requirements.
