- Abstract
For the actual deformation test of layered rock mass, one comprehensive deformation modulus index can not accurately reflect the deformation characteristics of the whole process. Therefore, based on the concept of natural strain and starting from the single fracture structure, the analytic equation of pressure-deformation relationship of layered rock mass was derived, and the negative exponential model of stress and deformation modulus was further established. In order to verify the validity of the negative exponential model, the deformation test results of the layered rock mass in the dam site area of Guinea Souapiti Water Control Project were used. The research results show that the proposed method of determining the deformation modulus of the whole process of deformation test for layered rock mass can fit the test data with high accuracy and express the nonlinear relationship between stress and deformation modulus better.
