- Abstract
The purpose of this experiment is to investigate the basic data of the changes in physiological values of cockfighting in the cold and hot seasons. In the different seasons of 109 and 110, there were 15 male cockfighting and 15 female cockfighting at the age of 22 - 37 weeks, a total of 60 in two years. in the cool season (January - February) and hot season (June - August). The results showed that the blood volume ratio, red blood cell, hemoglobin, red blood cell hemoglobin, white blood cells, lymphocytes and platelets were 37.58 ± 7.33%, 2.92 ± 0.48 x106/pL, 14.15 ± 2.60 g/dL, 48.41 ± 3.14 pg, 14.38 ± 4.41 x10³/pL, 7.54 ± 2.99 x10³/pL and 20.03 ± 9.03 x10³/pL, respectively. Average creatinine, creatine kinase, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, total bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase, total cholesterol and amylase were 0.19 ± 0.14 mg/dL, 206.15 ± 74.89 U/L, 5.01 ± 3.22 U/L, 276.4 ± 132.71 IU/L, 131.28 ± 41.59 mg/dL and 429.49 ± 150.75 U/L, respectively. It is expected that it can be used as a parameter of basic research and can be adjusted in response to poultry feeding and management strategies under abnormal weather.
