- Abstract
The article offers the author's insights on the need for water agencies to have a new brand and communications plan. The author mentions that the brand is the thing that is remembered by the target customers about an organization and its identity such as in the case of the Unified Sewerage Agency, a sewer and water resources utility in Portland, Oregon. It cites the seven values mentioned by the Clean Water Services that the public expects from a water resource management utility.
