- Abstract
The article discusses premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), a severe mental health disorder affecting a woman's quality of life. It highlights various treatments for PMDD including antidepressants, such as selective serotonin, hormonal treatments such as birth control pills, and psychotherapy.
