- Abstract
The article draws study of sixteenth-century manuscripts of Photius, Cyril of Alexandria, and Theodoret of Cyrus. It reconstructs the existence of a network of Catholic scholars involved in the discovery and dissemination of texts of the Greek Church Fathers during the 1540s. It also mentions about the works of Marcello Cervini, Guglielmo Sirleto, and Guillaume Pellicier.
