- Abstract
The article focuses on a case of fulminant severe Clostridioides difficile colitis managed with faecal microbial transplantation. A female patient in her 50s presented with abdominal symptoms and sepsis following antibiotic therapy, and despite initial medical treatment, she developed worsening colitis, leading to consideration of colectomy before opting for faecal microbial transplantation.
