- Abstract
The article discusses a descriptive study which examines the perception of pregnant women on dental care during pregnancy in Brazil. The researchers surveyed mothers aged 18-35 years old on the dental care and guidance they received during pregnancy. The study concludes the lack of guidance from the family health strategy healthcare professionals in performing dental care practices and actions during prenatal care.
