- Abstract
Objective: Illustrated through the case of a nine years as a behavioral disorder developed in the school envirmonment is manifestation of the narcissitic disorder derived in the first instante, in a deep resentment. Method: Examines two moments in the analytic process in which they can demonstrate the operation narcissistic injuries and to understand their resentment and the manifestations of their destructive impulses. Results and Conclusions: A child with emotional deprivation early perfromance uses to fend off the pain that this generates. Initially this is a deep resentment that leads him to retain the object in order to seek revenge punishment and claiming ownership, but the intensity of the injury breaks, the child is a victim of destructive narcissism that leads him to developdestructive and self-destructive behavior, embodied in behavior disorders. The patient provides the following dynamic: emocional deprivation-resentment- destructive narcissism-deprivation. The psychoanalytic relationship allows the child to create an object with qualities more caring and more rewarding context. This will help contain their aggressive impulses and it enables the development of a process of awareness.
