- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 14-year old girl who has presented a progressive bilateral foot drop and has declined surgfical intervention. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) shows that the entire spinal cord of the patient is occupied by Chiari I malformation along with syrinx while the electromyographic examinations revealed chronic neurogenic changes in the tibilalis anterior, dorsal interossei, and medial gastrocnemius muscles.
