One of the major challenges is regards to the budget allocation and infrastructure especially the development of telecommunications in rural areas, which enable to upgrade of community lifestyle. Research limitations/implications: Continuous workshops, programs and courses on educating and training the communities (especially the rural areas) along with the support from the government and private companies would be key area towards the 'smart' community implementation.
