- Abstract
Purpose: The primary purpose of the research study is to determine the impact of compensation system on the pay satisfaction in the banking industry in Malaysia. Design/methodology/approach: The research conducts systematic literature review to develop the conceptual framework for the research. Findings: The conceptual framework about the impact of compensation system on the pay satisfaction in the banking industry in Malaysia is developed. Research limitations/implications: The research is only conducted in the banking industry in Malaysia. Practical implications: The research enables the readers to understand the impact of compensation system on the pay satisfaction in the banking industry in Malaysia. Originality/value: The research is original work, it has not been done by other researcher.
